very large and comfortable rooms they were clean and bug free. it’s also close to the subway so getting to the city center is a breeze

The things that I really is the room is bigger worth it for those like to stay in big room very comfortable for me and the staff name "Ms Noor" very approachable , very helpful and really help me to manage my room changes with the better experience. Hopefully Silka Hotel keep doing good on wards and really recommended to stay here.

Good location with direct connection with MRT Station of Taman Connaught, providing easy access from public transportations. The rooms has enough space and fair cleanliness. Water pressure was good enough. The dining cafeteria provides well cooked dishes at a reasonable price range.

I'd really enjoyed the stay with Silka Cheras. The best service from the entire team from check in until check out. Everything is just perfect but a smile in front office face will be added a great welcoming to guest. It's worth for the price as well. Great Job Maintain it. Bedroom - We chose 3 single-bed bedrooms for 3 people. It was so comfortable and spacious. - The Air-conditoner is well functioning. - Towel for 3 people provided - Has a kiblat direction (👍) Bathroom - Come with a Bathtub - Shower Gel provided - Have a hairdryer -Free parking -The iron for clothes location at every level - Friendly staff - Security deposit of RM50 upon check in and will be quickly refunded upon check out

I love it that is located inside an almost-vacant shopping mall, which means you have plenty of parking space and security guards everywhere. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Noor, the sweet lady at the receptionist who went the extra mile to fulfil our requests and needs every time. I always come back to this hotel whenever I need a stay in KL. I have a car so it is not an issue to travel around.

we got a free room upgrade since the room we booked was fully booked when we arrived. the location is okay but the road is a bit confusing. the room is okay quite comfortable—big space for my kid to play in.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Toilet and shower room was separated; like totally convenient. Check in & out process was really smooth. The staffs were super professional. Free parking spots are available too. Just have to do a bit of simple procedure to access that. Overall great !
